How to use Elementor and OceanWP to build blog posts
Elementor and page builder plugins make it very easy to build custom web designs without knowing how to code. Of course, users are beginning to want to use these features to build beautiful, visually stunning blog posts.
However, it should be noted that you need to be cautious when using page builder plugins to build blog posts. This is because when you deactivate the plug-in, any design you built will completely disappear. Like other page builder plugins, the consequences of Elementor are not that bad. Elementor left your content, and some page builder plugins left a bunch of gibberish on the front end of your site.
You may not need to deactivate Elementor, but you should at least consider the possibility of blog posts. If you are a novice, you may want to check out a more basic tutorial on building a blog. You may not publish almost as much content as a page like a blog post. Some websites have hundreds of blog posts. Redesigning all of these takes a lot of time.
Use Elementor to build blog posts
If you have made a decision and are ready to start using Elementor to create blog posts, please refer to the following suggestions.
- Limit the number of blog posts you build with Elementor-you can eliminate some risks (the number of blog posts that will take time to redesign if you choose to leave Elementor if you choose to leave Elementor) by building only with plugins-specific types of posts or at least keep you using Elementor builds the fewest articles.
- Use Elementor to record the articles you build-doing so can eliminate the time required to redesign your blog posts, because you don’t need to look at every article that has been published to see which of your articles were built with Elementor.
- Create two versions of each article – If you use Elementor to build a blog post, consider creating a second version of that article and filing it without a plugin. If you need to uninstall the plugin, you can simply copy and paste it into the WordPress editor (more or less) to redesign it.
Having said that, let’s use OceanWP and Elementor to create blog posts.

Scroll down until you see the “OceanWP Settings” screen option. If you don’t see it, please open it. You can see that these options allow you to change various settings based on how the page is structured, such as whether the article has a sidebar and which side it is on, if so. You can also change the header and footer options for individual articles.
Before proceeding, please take some time to configure your settings. When you are ready, click “Edit with Elementor”.
